Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and related equipment.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring for safety and functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure system safety and compatibility.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and backup power equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other tradespeople as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintenance of Fire alarm panels, Fire pumps, Intruder Alarms and minor plumbing works.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and industry safety standards.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
• Understanding of safety procedures and legal regulations in electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid electrician license or certification (if applicable by state or region).
• Willingness to travel or relocate within India as per job/site requirement.
• Flexible to work in shifts, and emergency situations when required.
