Employee Listening Operations Associate

The opportunity
The Employee Listening Operations team works closely with our Area, service line and Region Talent teams to manage the design, development and deployment of Talent programs and projects across EY. This includes a mix of one-off projects and recurring programs and projects that accelerate our Talent agenda and the experience of our people across the globe.
Although the work is mostly strategic in nature, there is a wide range of operational and transactional activities required to enable the strategic work. This position will support the team to deliver major annual, quarterly, and on-going projects by managing the day-to-day tasks and responding to queries and be responsible for delivering key operational elements of the process.
Your key responsibilities
The operations associate will work on both planned and on-request operations and transactional activities as they arise. The role will cover Listening projects (including EY People Survey – EY’s quarterly survey that measures the engagement and key experiences of our people enabling critical organizational insights through data and analytics). Other projects include recruitment, onboarding and exit surveys
The role will include other activities such as:
- General day to day operations across the projects but not limited to responding to queries, preparing emails, documents, and presentations.
- Project management - monitoring the deliverables, follow the project plan and executing required tasks
- Stakeholder management - managing expectations of Global, Area, Region and Service line Talent teams
- Documentation of processes, including process enhancement and driving operational efficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of feedback collection processes.
- Assist in the integration of customer feedback into product and service development.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
The candidate will work closely with the operations senior associate to plan workload, deliver on operations and review all output.
The successful candidate should be capable to proactively raise questions, problem solve, and volunteer suggestions for continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality is critical for this role and the successful candidate will require a proven track record of delivering the highest standards of work.
In addition, this role provides a great opportunity to gain experience of Talent / HR in a global environment and the successful candidate should have a strong appetite to learn and develop.

- Ability to multi-task across a variety of projects and activities
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques related to the collection and analysis of data
- Ability to independently research/learn technology leveraged for data collection and analysis
- Exceptionally strong organizational skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Approximately 2 - 4 years of related experience
- A strong proficiency in working across the various Microsoft office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi)
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience using Qualtrics is plus or other enterprise feedback platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other MS tools
- Experience with Data Analytics a plus
- Experience creating Microsoft Power Apps a plus
- Create surveys according to parameters provided and manage the administration of existing surveys; support new feedback initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR Operations or business operational environment preferred.
- Prior project management experience will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results will be an added advantage.
- Experience in rolling out & managing global or large initiatives will be preferred.
- Experience and/ or a keen interest in HR/ Talent (O)
