Key Responsibilities

• Provide support as a system administrator for treasury and finance-related systems, including process monitoring and static data updates.
• Provide Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2), and Level 3 (L3) support for Treasury Management System (e.g. FIS Quantum/integrity & Trax) and other system users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues across varying levels of complexity.
• Resolve requests/tickets related to system functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high user satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and coordinate with IT and vendor support for necessary updates or patches.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration records.
• Assist in the implementation of new modules, enhancements, and integrations within the Treasury Management System (e.g. FIS Quantum/integrity & Trax) environment.
• Train end-users on system functionality and best practices to help maximize the value derived from the treasury management system.
• Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.
• Manage user access, security settings, and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations or system support, with a strong preference for direct experience with FIS Treasury Management System (Quantum/integrity & Trax) environment.
