Field Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive (FME) to join RuralShores Skills Academy. The role involves school outreach, relationship management, and driving the onboarding of schools for our training and educational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned schools regularly as per the planned schedule.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of school visits and interactions.
• Engage and persuade principals to attend the online townhall sessions conducted by GETI trainers.
• Run demo sessions at schools to showcase our training programs and products.
• Facilitate the onboarding of schools to purchase teacher training programs and student textbooks (Classes 1 to 8).
• Ensure timely reporting and coordination with the central team for updates and feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior field sales or educational outreach experience preferred.
• Must Have:
• Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (DL) and Registration Certificate (RC).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field travel.
