JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and managing relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of sales success and experience in electronics or a related field. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify and set up Distributors based on the product lines. 2. Develop and execute a sales plan to generate new business and expand existing client relationships 3. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. 4. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. 5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. 6. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. 7. Understanding and promoting company programs. 8. Identify new opportunities for growth and revenue 9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 10. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting 11. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team 12. Meet and exceed sales targets for incentives. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics or a related field. 2. Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Willingness to travel as needed. 6. 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler. Locations: Kochi, Kerala Languages: decent English plus a local language (Hindi is an added advantage.
