Job Description

Field Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and selling products/services in a specific territory through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations, focusing heavily on meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and analyzing market trends. Key responsibilities include lead generation, product demonstration, contract closing, territory management, and reporting sales activity, requiring strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations with potential and existing clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Territory & Market Analysis: Manage an assigned sales territory, understand customer needs, and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track performance, and analyze data to refine sales strategies.
