Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Field IT Engineer to handle onsite service calls and manage office IT operations. The candidate will attend customer cases, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure systems, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. In addition, the role includes maintaining office IT infrastructure, supporting internal staff, managing basic inventory, and coordinating with vendors when required. Technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
