Job Title: Financial Service Manager – Banca Channel
Preferred Locations: Kochi, Kozhikode, Kannur, Thalassery, Wayanad, Kollam
Industry: BFSI / Life Insurance / Any sales
Job Description:
We are hiring Financial Service Managers for the Banca Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with bank staff
• Generate customer leads from bank branches
• Fix appointments and meet customers
• Explain life insurance products and benefits
• Close life insurance policies
• Generate additional leads through referrals, walk-ins, and existing customers
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Age Limit: Up to 31 years
• Experience: Preferably candidates from Sales / BFSI / Life Insurance / Credit Cards / Banking / NBFC background
• Good communication and customer handling skills
