Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Lead with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Next.js technologies to join our growing team. As a Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation team building and maintaining high-quality digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Lead and implement scalable, robust, and secure digital solutions using JavaScript, and modern microservice architecture 

• Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems. 

• Prioritize code quality and ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, security and performance optimization. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, 

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering their growth and development within the team. 

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and articulate technical concepts. 

• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 

Professional and Technical Skills 

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on Composable Commerce 

• Expertise in JavaScript, Next.js, Storybook (Next.js/React), Figma, Azure DevOps, Typescript, Jest (Unit testing), SASS and SCSS and microservice architecture.  

• Excellent understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services. 

• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities. 

• Adherence to WCAG Guidelines and Coding standards. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. 

• Good to have experience in SonarQube, Fastify – BFF and Monorepo Architecture, SSR and CSR
