Job Summary

Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of rooms, public areas, and facilities. They ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests, customers, or employees.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned areas such as rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and offices

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and surfaces

Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained

Dispose of waste and garbage in a safe and hygienic manner

Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

Follow safety and cleaning procedures at all times

Assist guests or staff with basic requests politely and professionally
