Supports end-to-end recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment MIS/trackers, following up on feedback and offers, and assisting with onboarding. Requires good communication, coordination skills, and working knowledge of Excel. Suitable for graduates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience.
