Human Resource Manager

 HR Recruiter manages the full hiring cycle: sourcing talent (job boards, social media), screening resumes, interviewing (phone, video, in-person), coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, background checks, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment records, aiming to build strong teams by attracting qualified candidates and enhancing the employer brand.  

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop recruiting plans, understand hiring needs with managers, and create job descriptions. 
• Sourcing: Post jobs, attract candidates via job boards (LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking. 
• Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, schedule and lead interviews (phone, video, in-person), and assess skills/fit. 
• Candidate Management: Communicate with candidates, provide feedback, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure a positive experience. 
• Hiring & Onboarding: Present shortlists, negotiate offers, conduct background checks, and coordinate new hire orientation. 
• Employer Branding: Represent the company and build relationships with potential talent.
