IELTS Trainer Job description • The teacher must prepare everyday lessons for the classes including grammar and test preparation material. • Review of language points such as grammar, and its usage, skill building lessons, vocab development, speaking and writing practice, as required during teaching, carry out evaluation of writing and speaking. • Must maintain a good rapport with students. • Should record everyday practice results, monitor the progress of the student, and report the teacher in charge. • Should assiduously keep a track of all lessons taught and report that daily. • Should be above all loyal to the organisation, honest and willing to improve from experience.
