Job Summary:
We are offering a 1-year internship program for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Application Implementation and Application Support & Services. This internship will be part of the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS), covering Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist in the implementation of applications across various product offerings, including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
•
Provide support and services for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•
Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
•
Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
•
Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
•
Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
•
Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•
Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills:
•
Familiarity with Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
•
Experience with application testing and validation.
•
Programming skills and Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Added advantage).
