Junior Business Analyst(Fresher)

Responsibilities :

  • Works with Clients define high-level requirements and capture business needs.

  • Demonstrating the Products to the prospective customers.

  • Working independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.

  • Explore, analyze and utilize various software platforms from an end-user perspective.

  • Coordinating with Development and Testing teams.

  • Manage multiple tasks at once to meet demanding deadlines.

  • Developing functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Attending management status meetings.

  • Schedule and make sure all sprint ceremonies are done in timely and effective manner

  • Make sure all the FRS documents are ready and sign off is received before sprint start date

  • Review and approve test cases

  • Flexibility and availability of client calls are essential to effectively meet client needs.

    • Desired Skills :

    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

    Experience and Qualification :

    • Freshers

    • 2024 pass out -B.Tech(CS/IT) or MBA(with computer science background)
