Manager - GTS - Firmwide Product Team Member
Roles & responsibilities
Assist in deployment of firm‑wide tools such to the audit practices.
Evaluate new functionality released by Digital Nexus and assess its impact on the audit practice, controls, and compliance processes..
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.
Assist the Product/Application Owner with /Lead various tasks throughout the deployment cycle.
Resolve any issues or incidents related to the product/application, minimizing downtime and impact on users,
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support the application and product release, including release notes, functional guidance and practice aids. Coordinate efforts with deployment leads for consideration between member firm and end-user deployment materials.
Support quarterly controls, conduct pilot testing, and maintain required documentation for firm‑wide tools and related regulatory requirements.

Develop relationships with key users and business leaders to keep the customer at the center of everything you do. By focusing on business outcomes, assist with driving strategy and requirements and communicating customer needs to stakeholders.
Conduct controls testing for features and functionalities and assist, where applicable.
Embrace creative thinking and drive continuous improvement in application requirements and processes

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Ability to develop in‑depth knowledge of application(s), including architecture, functionality, and underlying technologies.
Ability to support the deployment of product features, controls, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and professional writing skills.
Basic audit knowledge and understanding of the audit lifecycle and engagement processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to technology deployments.
