MIS Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Executive to join our team. The role involves report creation, automation, dashboard development, and data analysis using tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power Query, Macros, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of delivering insights that support effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Creation & Automation: Develop, automate, and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Macros.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and analyze data using SQL; present insights and trends to support various business functions.
• Dashboard Development: Build interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and track business performance.
• Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models for efficient reporting and data management.
• Ad-hoc Reporting: Handle ad-hoc requests and generate customized reports for management.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshooting & Process Improvement: Resolve reporting issues and implement automation to improve efficiency and data quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools)
• Power Query for data transformation and automation
• Macros for process automation
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
