Job Title: Personal Secretary to Managing Director (MD)

Location: Remote South India

Languages Required: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil

Preferred: Understanding of Hindi

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Personal Secretary to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and assisting the MD in day-to-day operations, including traveling with the MD for approximately 10 days each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
• Coordinate travel plans, accommodation, and logistics
• Accompany the MD during business travels
• Provide translation or language support as needed
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil is mandatory
• Basic understanding of Hindi is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Candidates with a background or experience in the agriculture industry will be given preference
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
