Job Title: CASA Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused CASA Relationship Managers to acquire and manage Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The role involves sourcing new clients, deepening existing relationships, and cross-selling banking products to achieve business targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Ensure high-quality customer onboarding and documentation.

Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries effectively.

Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are welcome.

0–5 years of experience in CASA sales / banking sales / relationship management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
