About the Role: RPO Associate 

As an RPO Associate , you will play a vital role in 

supporting the recruitment process outsourcing activities for the 

organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, 

and coordinating recruitment efforts in collaboration with internal 

teams and external partners. To provide clarity on expectations, we 

have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the 

unique demands of RPO in this industry. 

Functional Parameters: 

∙Candidate Sourcing: 

Target: Source a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open 

positions, ensuring a continuous pipeline to meet hiring needs. 

∙Screening and Shortlisting: 

Target: Conduct effective candidate screenings, shortlisting 

candidates aligning with job requirements, and presenting high-

quality profiles. 

∙Time-to-Fill Metrics: 

Target: Optimize the time-to-fill metrics, aiming for efficient and 

timely recruitment processes without compromising quality. 

∙Candidate Engagement: 

Target: Foster positive candidate experiences, achieving a 

satisfaction rate of at least 85% throughout the recruitment process. 

∙Client Satisfaction: 

Target: Collaborate closely with internal hiring teams, achieving a 

90% satisfaction rate from clients regarding recruitment processes. 

∙Interview-to-Offer Ratio: 

Target: Maintain an effective interview-to-offer ratio, optimizing the 

conversion of interviews to successful job offers. 

∙Data Accuracy and Reporting: 

Target: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information in 

recruitment databases, providing regular reports on recruitment 

metrics. 

∙Talent Pool Development: 

Target: Proactively build and maintain a talent pool for various 

roles, contributing to long-term recruitment strategy. 

∙Continuous Improvement: 

Target: Identify and implement process improvements, aiming for a 

10% increase in overall recruitment process efficiency.

Fundamental Parameters: 

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in listed 

companies. 

Qualification: MBA in HR from a recognized institution. 

Location: Kochi, Kerala
