Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, and budget to recommend suitable packages.
  • Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound calls to generate conversions.
  • Provide detailed information on itineraries, destinations, pricing, and inclusions.
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on customer needs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel vendors.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners for booking confirmations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Handle pre-sales and post-sales support, including documentation and payment follow-ups.
