Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate from Kochi will be responsible for expanding our customer base by promoting customized Andaman tour packages and building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and travel agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales

• Identify potential clients such as travel agents, corporate clients, schools, colleges, and direct customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in Kochi and nearby regions.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events in Kochi and other regions.

• Partnership Development

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, educational institutions, activity organizers, and other service vendors.
• Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive deals to enhance tour packages.

• Package Promotion

• Promote and market tour packages through digital campaigns, social media, travel fairs, and cold calls.
•  Create custom packages based on client needs (honeymoon, family, group, corporate).

• Market Research

• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to create attractive offers.

• Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Handle queries, complaints, and feedback to improve service quality.

• Reporting & Strategy

• Track sales targets and performance.
• Work with the management team to develop growth strategies.
