Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to represent two distinct worlds of motorcycling. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchase of reliable Honda commuters and performance bikes, as well as the iconic, heritage-rich lineup of Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA.

The ideal candidate isn't just a "seller"—they are a storyteller who understands the difference between someone buying a bike for daily utility and someone buying a bike for the love of the open road.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs. Whether it’s a fuel-efficient Honda or a rugged Yezdi, recommend the right fit.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep technical and "lifestyle" understanding of all models (e.g., Honda’s engine refinement vs. the torque and heritage of a BSA Gold Star).
• Test Ride Management: Conduct safe and engaging test rides, explaining features and handling characteristics.
• Lead Management: Diligently follow up on digital and walk-in leads using our CRM system.
• The "Full Package": Assist customers with financing options, insurance, exchange programs, and genuine accessories.
• Community Building: Participate in weekend rides, showroom events, and "Bikers’ Meets" to foster brand loyalty for our heritage brands.

Requirement

• Communication :Fluent in [Local Language-MALAYALAM] and [English/Hindi].
• Ability to switch between "professional" and "passionate biker" tones.
• Technical SavvyA solid understanding of engine displacements, liquid cooling, and basic motorcycle ergonomics.
• ResilienceAbility to handle objections and close deals in a competitive market.
• Driving License Must have a valid Two-Wheeler license and be comfortable riding all motorcycles in our portfolio.
