Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead direct sales initiatives and manage a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs). The candidate should have an electronics background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Hindi. The role involves achieving personal sales targets and mentoring a small team of BDOs to meet their sales objectives across different states.

Key Responsibilities

. Achieve individual sales targets through direct sales to customers and dealers.

· Mentor and manage a team of BDOs, ensuring they meet their sales targets and receive adequate support.

· Implement and oversee a system-driven coordination process using CRM tools and other digital platforms for lead tracking, sales reporting, and customer follow-up.

· Coordinate and participate in field visits, dealer meetings, and customer interactions.

· Support the BDOs in converting leads, resolving sales-related issues, and developing new markets.

· Travel to assigned states as required for personal sales efforts and to oversee the performance of the team.

· Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the General Manager.

· Collaborate with service and customer care teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

· Qualification: Degree in Electronics or a related technical field.

· Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in direct or dealer-based sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.

· Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.

· Ability to handle both strategic planning and field execution. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales tracking tools.
