Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives
About the Role:
Bajaj Finserv Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Solar Finance to lead and expand the solar financing business in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for the entire region, handling a team of sales executives and overseeing field sales operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with solar dealers and customers while driving sustainable energy financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business growth for solar financing products across the assigned region.
- Manage and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar dealers, distributors, and installation partners.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement goals while maximizing incentive opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality lead generation, timely follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities, performance, and business pipeline to management.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree required (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry (mandatory).
- Age: 21–29 years.
- Only male candidates should apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
- CIBIL score: -1 or 700+ is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
