Sales

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Approach leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and digital content.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts (SEO, email campaigns, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, content, and advertising teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze marketing data and report on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Goal-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
