Senior Associate 1 (QMCI US Core Audit)

Roles & responsibilities

•Lead the quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and quality of audit deliverables through comprehensive reviews and checks. •Develop and maintain quality control procedures to uphold high standards. •Identify and mitigate potential risks in audit processes. •Assess complex issues from multiple angles to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. •Provide expert consultation and escalate issues beyond the expertise of junior team members. •Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve overall audit quality. •Lead, mentor, and provide training to junior QMCI associates on standards and procedures. •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team. •Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Audit and accounting knowledge •Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)) •Strong English communication skills (Oral & Written)

•Verbal and written communication skills •Project management skills •Stakeholder & People Management Skills

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

•Qualified CA or US CPA with or without a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting with first division (60%)

Work experience

2 – 4 year of post-qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 firm in case of CA
