Job Description
Job Role: Service Staff – Medical Equipment Installation & Support
Responsibilities:
- Home & hospital delivery, installation, and demo of Oxygen Concentrators, CPAP & BiPAP machines
- Attend service complaints and basic troubleshooting
- Provide proper usage guidance to patients & caregivers
- Maintain installation & service records
- Emergency support when required
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
- Willing to travel for patient home visits
- Polite and professional patient handling
