Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural engineering team in the design, analysis, and execution of steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), RCC Multi Storied Buildings and other structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in structural steel design, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the structural design and analysis of steel PEB structures, industrial buildings, Multi Storey concrete buildings and other related projects.

Perform structural calculations to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Optimize designs for cost efficiency, fabrication, and erection feasibility.

Review and approve engineering drawings, connection designs, and detailing prepared by the team using AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, and other structural design software.

Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and resolve design-related challenges.

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure continuous learning within the team.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS Codes, AISC, ACI, Eurocode, etc.).

Contribute to business growth by improving processes, optimizing designs, and ensuring efficient project executio.
