AI & Generative AI Solutions Architect and Manager

Job Title: AI Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI & Generative AI Solutions Manager with at least 10+ years of overall industry experience, including hands-on leadership in designing, implementing, and delivering AI driven and GenAI enabled solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), has led multiple full stack solution implementations, and can translate business needs into scalable, production ready AI products.

This role will also support pre sales, contributing to solutioning, proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional team of full‑stack and AI engineers.
• Drive the architecture, design, and execution of AI‑enabled digital solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for quality, security, scalability, and responsible AI compliance.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and prompt optimization.

Solution Development

• Design, develop, and integrate solutions using large language models, multimodal models, and custom fine‑tuned AI systems.
• Evaluate and implement emerging generative AI technologies, frameworks, and toolsets.
• Build pipelines for model inference, optimization, and monitoring in production environments.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases.
• Design and optimize prompts, chains, and agentic workflows for domain-specific use cases.
• Collaborate closely with UX teams to ensure world class customer experiences.
• Implement front end integration with AI features such as chat interfaces, copilots, and content generators.
• Architect and build secure, scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent back end technologies.
• Implement data pipelines and integrate AI services into enterprise systems.
• Ensure sound application design principles including modularity, performance optimization, and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in AI/ML solution development and 3 years in software development.
• Strong hands‑on experience building full‑stack applications and AI powered features.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proven hands-on experience developing solutions using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as React, Angular, NextJS or similar.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in building conversational AI, copilots, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise systems (SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).
• Understanding of responsible AI principles - data privacy, model safety, and bias mitigation.
