Key Responsibilities - Build and train members of the Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities - Coach Sales Team through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring one on one sessions. - One on one review with the Sales Team every week to ensure the set targets are met consistently. - Manage your Team reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization. - Ensure the Sales Team on boarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date on our current product offering Job Description: A) TM Responsibility: The Team Manager is to focus on continuous hiring and build a team of Academic Counsellors on Part Time basis. B) TM GOAL: In the first month with Avodha, 3 Demos to be conducted by TM per day or meeting 18 Demos Done Average per week will be the Attendance Criteria. Alternatively, achieving just 7 admissions as a bare minimum count of Admissions per week will also clear the Goal.
