Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell holiday packages to destinations like Lakshadweep, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Dubai.
Lead Conversion: Understand customer preferences and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering suitable travel packages.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all travel services, packages, pricing, and offers to effectively communicate with customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in telesales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Education: At least a 12th Pass qualification.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities in English.
Sales Skills: Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Customer Focus: Excellent relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency.
