Roslis is a fashion membership platform with a unique pre-order model. We deliver limited edition collections, powered by the Roslis Card (Premium, Gold, Platinum). Our mission is to build seamless, premium digital experiences across web and app for 3,60,000+ cardholders.

We’re hiring a Hybrid UI/UX Developer who can both design beautiful user experiences and develop responsive front-end code, ensuring fast, flawless delivery.

• Key Responsibilities- UI/UX Design

• Research, wireframe, and prototype Roslis web & mobile app flows.

• Build a unified design system (colors, typography, components).

• Design product catalogues, member dashboards, checkout, wardrobe planning.

• Apply premium fashion aesthetics consistently.

• Front-End Development
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready code.

• Implement in Next.js (web) and React Native (mobile) (Flutter exposure a bonus).

• Use Tailwind CSS / ShadCN UI for fast and consistent styling.

• Add micro-interactions & animations (Framer Motion, Lottie).

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device performance.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs.

• Iterate quickly based on Fashion Advisors’ and cardholders’ feedback.

• Help establish Roslis’ long-term design + front-end standards.

• Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer + Front-end Developer.

• Strong Figma skills (mandatory).

• Proficiency in React / Next.js (must).

• Experience in mobile (React Native); Flutter knowledge is a bonus.

• Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization.

• Portfolio showing both design + coded projects.

• Knowledge of e-commerce or subscription flows is a big plus.

• Soft Skills Eye for premium fashion aesthetics.

• Balance between creativity and speed.

• Ability to own end-to-end delivery (from mockup → deployment).

• Startup mindset: adaptable, fast learner, solution-focused.

• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000/month (based on skill depth).
