Job Title: Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Location: Nilganj, Barrackpore, West Bengal (On-site)

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Bengali (Read, Write, Speak)

Equipment Requirement: Must have your own laptop capable of handling design and video editing software

About the Role

We are hiring a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer / Video Editor who understands Bengali communication and can create high-impact visuals and videos for digital and campaign use.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create social media creatives (Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp)
• Design posters, banners, pamphlets, and campaign materials
• Develop infographics and data-based visual content
• Ensure accurate Bengali text and culturally relevant messaging
• Maintain consistent visual identity across platforms

Video Editing:

• Edit reels, short videos, and promotional clips
• Add Bengali/Hindi subtitles, effects, transitions, music
• Convert long speeches/events into short engaging clips
• Basic motion graphics and animation (preferred)
• Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects (preferred)
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends
• Ability to handle fast turnaround timelines
• Good Bengali writing and proofreading skills
• Experience1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in political, media, or digital campaign work preferred
• Additional RequirementMust have own laptop capable of running editing software smoothly
• Available for full-time on-site work in Barrackpore
