Key Responsibilities

• Telephonic outreach and survey calling to capture public opinion
• Capture local issues, grievances, and public sentiment
• Update Google Forms and Google Sheets accurately
• Summarize calls into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Support narrative messaging and meet daily targets

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in Bengali (Bangla) – mandatory
• Basic proficiency in Google Forms and Google Sheets
• Comfortable with telephonic conversations
