  • Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting:Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the plotted development project.
  • Conduct site visits and answer client inquiries.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for sales transactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotted development projects.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
