Job description
- Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting:Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the plotted development project.
- Conduct site visits and answer client inquiries.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare necessary documentation for sales transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotted development projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
