CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

• Key Responsibilities : Operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, routers, or grinders
• Load raw materials and parts into the machine
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters as required
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
