Job Vacancy: CNC Turning & Turn-Mill Operator

Position: CNC Turning & Turn-Mill Operator

Location: Narsapura industrial Area, Kolar.

Industry: Precision Machining / Manufacturing

Experience: 2–6 Years

Salary: As per experience

Employment Type: Full-time

• Job Responsibilities:Operate and set up CNC Turning & Turn-Mill machines
• Handle multi-axis machines (Live tooling, Y-axis – if applicable)
• Load, edit, and run CNC programs Fanuc , Siemens, Syntec
• Tool setting, work offset setting, and job proving
• Read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T
• Measure and inspect parts using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
• Maintain production quality and cycle time targets
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Follow safety, ISO, and 5S standards on the shop floor
• Required Qualifications & Skills:ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, Tool & Die, or Mechanical
• Strong experience in CNC Turning operations
• Working knowledge of Turn-Mill (Live Tooling) machines
• Understanding of G-code & M-code
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Turn-Mill programming experience
• Exposure to bar feeder operations
• Experience with precision components (automotive, aerospace, medical, etc.)
