Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role involves maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer data, supporting marketing campaigns, and improving customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute email/SMS marketing campaigns through the CRM platform.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
