Location: PAN India (All metro cities including, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore etc)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Food and Accommodation will be provided by us)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Executive to join our warehouse operations team across India. You will play a critical role in managing daily logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting vehicle coordination and labour management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare orders strictly as per sales orders, following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
• Coordinate with different internal departments such as Operations and other team to ensure smooth order processing.
•  Check and verify MRP and other necessary product details before dispatch to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with transport personnel and logistics partners to ensure timely andaccurate delivery of goods.
• Prepare and verify invoices and dispatch documents in coordination with the accounts team.
• Ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements
• Coordinate for the generation and verification of E-Way Bills as per statutory and dispatch

Education & Skills·        

• Minimum 12th pass required.
• Should be able to read, write, and speak the regional language of their location.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
