💼 Job Role:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for policy queries, claims, renewals, and upselling

- Maintain high FCR (First Call Resolution) & CSAT scores

- Follow scripts + adapt tone per customer mood

- Log call details accurately in CRM

- Handle objections professionally & escalate when needed

- Manage live chat, WhatsApp, email, or SMS support

- Respond to policy, billing, or product queries with clear, concise replies

- Prioritize tickets based on urgency & SLA

- Maintain chat etiquette + brand voice

- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors
