Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for expanding the Tax In India network by appointing and managing authorized centers across India. The BDM will focus on center onboarding, training, relationship management, and revenue generation through network development. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential linked to business performance.


Business Model Understanding:

  1. Tax In India provides fixed service rates to authorized centers.
  2. Centers are permitted to charge additional service fees to end clients at their discretion.
  3. All backend technical and compliance processing is handled by the company’s central back-office team.
  4. Centers primarily focus on client onboarding and business generation.


Compensation Structure:

  1. The BDM role is purely commission-based.
  2. The BDM will receive 10% commission on the net revenue received by Tax In India from all centers appointed and managed under their network.
  3. Commission shall be calculated only on actual payments realized by the company.
  4. No fixed salary or reimbursement shall be payable.


This role offers high earning potential with scalable commission income based on the expansion and performance of the center network.
