Branch Relationship Executive

SBI Card Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) sells SBI credit cards at bank branches, focusing on inbound/outbound sales, achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and sourcing leads from walk-ins and corporate clients, requiring good communication, sales skills, and typically a graduate degree with some banking/BFSI sales experience, working as a full-time, branch-based role with fixed pay plus incentives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Sell SBI credit cards to walk-in customers, meet monthly sales targets, and source from corporate clients.
• Customer Engagement: Explain card features, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build rapport with branch staff and customers.
• Branch Operations: Operate from the assigned bank branch, conduct tele-calling, manage customer data, and prepare sales reports.
• Relationship Management: Develop strong ties with branch personnel to leverage their customer base. 

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Any graduate degree (12th pass/Diploma also sometimes accepted).
• Experience: Experience in BFSI/banking sales is preferred, but freshers are sometimes considered.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; target-oriented mindset.
• Age: Typically 21-35 years (varies by role/hiring partner). 

Work Environment

• Location: Based in an assigned SBI bank branch.
• Type: Full-time, in-person, day shifts.
• Compensation: Fixed salary (basic + benefits like PF/ESI) plus performance-based incentives.
