Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and presentations.
- Pitch and sell SBI Card products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up promptly.
- Build and grow the client database for long-term relationship management.
- Job Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 0.5 years (entry-level roles with up to 6 months of experience).
- Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and convincing skills; proficiency in computer use; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Type: Full-time field sales job (not work-from-home).
- Work Schedule: Typically 6 working days per week, with shifts like 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹38,000 per month (in-hand), depending on performance and incentives.
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commissions are included.
- Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and opportunities for career growth.
- Total Cost to Company (CTC): For contract roles, CTC can go up to ₹6.20 Lakhs/year (fixed ₹4 Lakhs + allowances + PLP and increments).
