Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Actively source new customers through field visits, corporate, and open market sales to drive business growth.
• Product Promotion: Explain features, benefits, and usage of various SBI Credit Card products to potential customers.
• Application Management: Assist in filling out application forms, collecting required documentation, and ensuring timely submission.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and daily sales targets set by the company.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers, including managing high-net-worth (HNI) individuals.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries and assist with card-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Typically a 12th pass, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Generally 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for freshers.

• Job Type: Full-time, field sales.

• Salary: Generally ranges from ₹2.2 Lakhs to ₹3.0 Lakhs per year, with potential to earn more based on performance
