Job Description – Medical Sales Representative (MSR)

🎯 Role Objective

• Drive secondary sales, and market growth in the assigned territory.
• Ensure product availability and brand presence in the territory

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, and chemists as per daily beat plan
• Convert non-prescribing doctors through regular follow-ups
• Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets
• Ensure stock availability at chemists and stockists
• Coordinate with distributor for order placement & secondary push
• Attend OTs when required (orthopedic products)
• Submit daily call reports and market feedback

• 🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc (preferred)
• Experience: 0–5 years in medical / pharma / ortho sales
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Mandatory: Two-wheeler & valid driving license
• Willingness for full-time field work

• Basic understanding of primary & secondary sales
