Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Bakery store,
day-to-day store operations
Handle billing & POS transactions
Manage and coordinate a team of 4–5 staff members
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock availability
Monitor sales performance & customer service standards
Assist in basic fast-food / pastry handling & service
Maintain inventory, wastage control, and reporting.
