Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and fund management
• Ensure accuracy of books and timely closures

GST Compliance:

• Handle GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase register
• Ensure proper GST compliance and documentation
• Knowledge of RCM applicability and reporting

Income Tax & TDS

• Manage Income Tax compliance and filings
• Ensure timely TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
• Handle notices and assessments if any

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Supplier & Ledger Management

• Perform supplier reconciliation and follow-ups
• Monitor debtor & creditor ageing
• Resolve discrepancies in accounts

Other Responsibilities:

• Oversee ERP/accounting system entries and controls
• Ensure proper internal controls and process improvements
• Support management with financial insights and reports
