🎬 Key Responsibilities

🤖 AI-Based Animation Creation

• Create videos using AI tools like:
• Runway ML
• Pika Labs
• Kaiber
• Sora / similar platforms
• Generate:
• Reels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Explainer videos
• Patient story visualizations

🎨 Motion & Editing

• Refine AI-generated outputs using:
• After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Add:
• Subtitles
• Transitions
• Sound design
• Branding elements

🧠 Prompt Engineering

• Write effective prompts for:
• AI video generation
• Scene creation
• Character animation
• Optimize outputs for realism and storytelling

📱 Content Optimization

• Create viral-ready content
• Adapt videos for:
• Instagram
• YouTube
• Facebook Ads
• Follow latest social media trends

🧠 Required Skills

• Experience with AI tools:
• Runway / Pika / Kaiber / Midjourney / Stable Diffusion
• Knowledge of:
• Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects)
• Basic understanding of:
• Animation & storytelling
• Strong creative thinking

🎯 Preferred Candidate

• Experience in AI content creation / reels / ads
• Ability to generate content fast (high output)
• Interest in healthcare / educational storytelling
• Understanding of viral content psychology

💼 Job Details

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on skill level)
• Overtime: Extra payment
• Probation Period: 3 months
• First Increment: After probation
