Job Description
🏢 Mangalam Gold Loan / Mangalam Barter Pvt. Ltd.
We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at our gold loan branch.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day book, cash book, ledger, and journal entries daily • Record and verify cash transactions, receipts, and payments • Verify gold loan entries, interest calculations, and repayment postings • Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and branch accounts • Maintain loan disbursal records, interest received, penalties & closures • Check vouchers, expense bills, and supporting documents • Prepare MIS reports, payment summaries, and outstanding statements • Ensure proper filing of accounts and compliance documents
✅ Requirements:
• Qualification: B.Com / BBA Graduate • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong basics welcome) • Must know: Tally, MS Excel, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation • Preferred background: Gold loan / NBFC / CA firm / Jewellery / Microfinance
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on qualification, experience & accounting knowledge)
